  13. Now, in the new tab named In-place Hold settings will be opened. Here you have to decide the number of days to which mailboxes are kept before deleting them from the server.
  14. Then hit the Finish button.
  15. After a confirmation message of a successful process click on the close button.
  16. A search list appears, then click on the down arrow to save files into PST formats.
